HOW THIS CATALOG WORKS
Calma provides private catering, bar and butler service inside your rented villa. This catalog lists every food and bar product we offer, what it includes, what it does not include, and the price.
This catalog is one part of the Calma service offering. Calma also provides concierge services (transportation, yacht charters, experiences, wellness), and a Grocery / Pre-Stocking store where guests can order essentials, fresh products, beverages and alcohol directly to the villa.
How to read each service
• Price is per person, unless marked "flat" (one-time fee for the whole group).
• Minimum group size is 8 guests for any food service. Under 8: a flat $80 supplement applies.
• Every food service includes the chef or cook, butler, all ingredients, table setup, water/sparkling/sodas, and kitchen cleanup.
• Alcohol is available two ways: (1) included in our Bar Packages with full bartender service, or (2) purchased separately through our Grocery / Pre-Stocking store and delivered to the villa. Alcohol is not sold by the glass during food services.
• All prices are in USD. Payment is 100% prepaid via Stripe before service is confirmed.
Three menu options per service
Every meal service comes with three menu options at the same price. Your group picks one menu for the service. The first option listed is our most-requested menu — the one our team prepares most often and what we recommend.
Service hours and notice
Service hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Outside these hours: +$50 flat.
• Minimum booking notice: 48 hours. Under 48 hrs: +$50 rush fee.
• Bookings under 24 hrs are not available.
Casa Breakfast
Price: $48 per person
